Found this deal on LED light bulbs which seems better then anything I could find at home depot or lowes for recessed lighting. Review on both products are between 4.5 and a perfect 5 on the 5k version out of only 16 reviews. This was a front page deal at $18 previously through ebay.

Interesting tidbit if your using a older dimmer switch it might not completely turn off the LED bulb because older model dimmers leave a little juice in the line. To fix this replace the dimmer switch or use a standard bulb inbetween the LED ones. Found that from reading one of the reviews incase someone runs into it.
