To receive a rebate, up to $7, via mail, for a maximum rebate of $21 per person, household or address (email and physical). Purchase one or more of the following qualifying motor oils:
- one (1) 5-quart bottle or (5) 1-quart bottles of Quaker State® Ultimate Durability™ Full Synthetic motor oil and receive a $7 rebate
- one (1) 5-quart bottle or (5) 1-quart bottles of Quaker State Defy® High Mileage Synthetic Blend motor oil/Quaker State® High Mileage Synthetic Blend motor oil and receive a $5 rebate
- one (1) 5-quart bottle or (5) 1-quart bottles of Quaker State® Advanced Durability Conventional motor oil and receive a $3 rebate

Offer ends December 31, 2017. Offer valid at participating retailers only. Requests must be postmarked by January 15, 2018 and received by January 31, 2018. Void for residents of RI or where prohibited by law. The total maximum rebate possible is $21 per person, household or address (email and physical). Purchases by an installer for use in its business do not qualify for this offer. Bulk submissions or bundled submissions by retailer or any other entity, on behalf of consumers, are not permitted. Rebate will expire 60 days from issue date. This redemption form and proof of purchase submission may not be mechanically reproduced. An original printed retailer identified and dated purchase receipt showing the required qualifying Quaker State® motor oil purchase (brand and product required on invoice) between January 1, 2017 and December 31, 2017 must accompany all forms. Use of fictitious names, multiple addresses or P.O. Boxes to fraudulently obtain additional rebates is a violation of federal law, and may result in prosecution. Trading or selling proofs of purchase is strictly prohibited. This offer may not be published in any publication, electronic or printed, without written permission from SOPUS Products.
