I’m not sure if others were aware of this free 45 day hulu trial or if anyone would be even interested in getting this free trial after the swagbucks mm offer for signing up for a hulu plan for 1 month but if you are interested for whatever reason then here are the details:
Stacksocial.com is offering a 45-day free trial of Hulu’s limited commercials plan on their site for new hulu subscribers or subscribers who have not had an active plan in the last 12 months I believe. Also, in order to get this offer, the site wants you to "spread the word to get it by either tweeting or sharing it on facebook. However, there is an alternative to this which is the method I used. Right underneath those 2 options for "spreading the word", you’ll see the option that says "Don’t have a social media account" written in blue. Just press on that and a box will come up and press copy on that. It will automatically think you shared this somehow and the site will allow you to get this offer without actually having to share anything.

Also, after I got the offer and tried to redeem it, for some reason, it gave me the option to apply this promotion to my active account. But after pressing on confirm, the promotion did not get applied and I got an error. I think it may be able to get applied or extended if you already have a free trial and did not pay anything for hulu yet but not sure but maybe someone can try this out.
