FYI, reconditioned/open box typically means someone returned it but NOT because something was wrong with it. Refurbished is when something was broken and is now fixed.
I love harmony remotes. They are easy to program and work perfectly, controlling all your devices. I had an 880 until I recently bought the harmony hub, which allows me to use my cell phone to control my tv and playstion!
