Buydig Sony Lens/Camera Trade-in: Trade in DSLR, Mirrorless or Lens & Get up to $480 Off your orders

These steps are slightly different, so make sure you follow one of the two ways to get it done.

1. Email the lens or Digital Interchangeable Lens Camera model # you are trading in to sonytradein@buydig.com
2. In the email, please answer the following questions:
   • Does the camera function properly?
   • Are there any cracks or heavy damage?
   • Are there any scratches or dents?
   • What accessories are included?
   • Will the original manufacturer box be included? If so is it damaged

3. Within 1-2 business days, we will provide a minimum and maximum price for the trade in depending on actual condition of trade in.
4. If you accept our offer, Send us your Trade In item(s) via Fedex, UPS or USPS at the Address provided in the email.
5. Wait for the Credit in form of a One-time Single-use Coupon before placing your order. Please then, Email us back with a FEDEX, UPS, or USPS tracking number for your used equipment AND the Model # and name of the NEW Sony Camera or Lens you intend to purchase so we can give you the correct Sony Credit amount.
6. Upon equipment receipt and inspection, we will email you with a coupon for the final trade in value (will range between minimum and maximum offered initially). This will stack, so if your trade-in value is $200 and you bought camera that qualifies for $480 credit, your coupon will be for $680.
7. Go ahead and apply the One-Time, Single-Use Coupon to your New order for the eligible Sony trade in bonus model and Email us the Order Confirmation #.

Option# 2 – Follow the same procedure as Above for 1-4

1. Then please Email us back with a FEDEX, UPS, or USPS tracking number for your used equipment
2. Go ahead and place your New order for the eligible Sony trade in bonus model and Email us the Order Confirmation #
3. Once we have received your order confirmation and Trade-In, we will credit your order for the Trade amount agreed upon and the Sony Bonus Trade Credit. This will stack, so if your trade-in value is $200 and you bought camera that qualifies for $480 credit, your coupon will be for $680.

Please note: This is a 1:1 Program. If you send 1 camera or lens, you will be eligible for 1 Sony Trade in Bonus purchase and amount. If you send 1 camera and 1 lens, you will be eligible for 2 Sony Trade in Bonus purchases and amounts etc.
