Re: Storage of soy sauce. Refrigeration should be good for 2 years. I plan to pour out into several 12-16oz sauce bottles (full, so minimal air; and tape-sealed) and stash in a back corner of the fridge.
Also, I came across these Magnetic hooks ($4.75)to help me over the $25. Decent deal and useful.
