Lowe’s has the Contigo West Loop 16-fl oz on sale for $7.98 with store pickup available if it is in stock at your local store. Although the site doesn’t refer to it being a West Loop I can confirm that on the bottom of the one I saw in store it featured a label identifying it as the "West Loop 2.0". It doesn’t appear that shipping is available for this item so you would actually have to go to the store to look for it or to pick it up. My local store (Zip 33025) showed one in stock but I actually was able to find two.
