Walmart carries the 28" Blackstone Griddle in store for $99.99. I can’t find the same price online anywhere.

These grills come with a single layer of soy oil "seasoning," but the instructions tell you to season it before you cook on it. They have a video on YouTube saying to season it with flax oil. It’s a cold rolled steel top, not cast iron. These griddles get great reviews everywhere, but you do have to make sure to keep it oiled and not wet with water.
