Jetstar Airways, an Australian low-cost airline wholly owned subsidiary of Qantas, have really nice roundtrip airfares from Honolulu (HNL) to Sydney Australia (SYD) for $447, including taxes and fees.
If you have patience, this could be $20-30 lower by booking your tickets separately. One for outbound and one for return. The outbound one-way flight from HNL to SYD is $199. Just be sure you have two windows opened and book them at the same time, however Jetstar will detect that you have another booking window opened.
