I have a couple sets of GearWrench Gear Ratchets and they are my go-to sockets for a couple reasons. First, is they are really decent Apex tools quality. Second is the pass-thru design, but not for the often promoted reason of being able to use on a long bolt or stud, but because of the way that socket fits up into the wrench. This makes for a pretty compact end to fit into tighter places where a standard socket might not go and it allows for the pull to be much more in line with the bolt head. Compare to $110 at Northern Tool.
