This is a great price for a top quality brand that hardly goes on sale. This particular pan has the conical, rounded-bottom shape which is perfect for whisking gravy & sauces, stirring risotto and reducing sauces.

$320 Atlantis line amazon.com (5-Plus currently not available)
I first started collecting All Clad Copper Core cookware and discovered Demeyere. Both brands are hefty and have comparable performance in even heat distribution and retention. But I tend to favor Demeyere now (for certain pieces) for the following reasons:
- no rivets on the inside of pans. More beneficial on this saucier where you are stirring often. Rivets can get in the way and food get stuck around them.
- stays shiny after washing due to Silvinox coating
- handle is more comfortable than AC
