Admittedly not a screaming slick deal, but if you’re in the market and interested, worth considering.

Basically, it sounds like: the game captures the exploration aspect of the source material well, and has some nice miniatures, but doesn’t insert as much Trek flavor directly into the game as fans might like (not a lot of pictures of Picard/Sisko directly in the game materials themselves). Sounds like you can take control of civilizations (Romulans, Klingons, Starfleet) and play styles are consistent with the source material themes. The only major downside: it’s a long game to play.
