I have been waiting for this to go down in price for a while, it was once even cheaper around $74 on a Daily Deal but then back to $99 for the longest time. Home Depot has this for $99. Some states/utilities may give an additional rebate when purchasing a smart sprinkler controller.
This is the 6-station controller, the 12-station one seems to be discounted a bit as well.
