If you have an in store receipt you need 4 things for the rebate.
The store # and date of purchase are at the very bottom of the receipt
Invoice # is the total payment. So look right under the subtotal/tax paid.
Dept # took me forever to find but right under the bar code and above the survey. So you’ll see a thanks for shopping at lowes. 11% back rebate right next to that is the dept #.
11% Reward via Lowe’s Gift Card by mail or email
Make a purchase at a participating Lowe’s or on Lowes.com in select areas between 5/11 and 5/17 to be eligible to receive an 11% reward in the form of a Lowe’s gift card. Gift card amount is based on the purchase price of eligible items.
