WOW Air , an ultra-low cost air carrier, have introductory one-way tickets from the United States to Tel Aviv, Israel (TLV) on sale today with prices starting at $149 from Boston (BOS), New York (EWR), Baltimore (BWI), Pittsburgh (PIT) and Chicago (ORD) and $199 from Los Angeles (LAX), San Francisco (SFO) and Miami (MIA).

As of right now, Google Flight search is showing very little availability and Expedia is not picking this up. WOW Air is still updating because it’s being super slow. You may be able to find dates here and there but I’d wait till later today. This just started TODAY and pretty sure this promotion will last a few days because these are introductory fares. (It’s actually updating as I’m typing all this because I’m beginning to see more availablity on their site)
Examples:
EWR to TLV on Nov 5, $149 one way, $459 round trip.
BWI to TLV on Nov 2, $149 one way, $459 round trip.
Expedia normally have WOW Air deals available, but as of right now the lowest price shown is $779 with Ethiopian Airlines. If you want to book with Expedia, give it some time. Again, this was just announced on WOW Air not too long ago.
WOW charges a fee for any carry-on or checked bags beyond a small personal item, such as a purse or laptop bag. Be sure to look at their website for baggage information!!
