I stumbled across an ad saying Cyberlink PowerDirector Premium on the Play Store was on sale. It is free to download with ads, but all of the extras were locked down, with certain packs showing up for $5.99 each. I went to purchase it, and it’s only $2.99. I don’t know what the regular price is for a one time payment, but the other price was $1.99 quarterly. Once I bought it, ads were gone and all of the packs were available to download and use from the Cyberlink cloud.
