Roomba 960 and Roomba 980 are both $100 off at virtually all mainstream merchants. However, with Bed Bath and Beyond, they have a 20% coupon which can be applied on virtually any purchase in-store (it does not work online), making the iRobot 960 $479.99 before tax which is unbeatable anywhere else.

Edit: as user 308sound kindly pointed out, the coupon does say not valid on Roomba 900 series and that seems to be why it doesn’t work online. However, in going to the store, the coupon worked with out issue. Me and my friend were able to obtain the roomba 960 at this price without any hassle/issue at two separate Bed Bath and Beyond locations in the midwest area.
