A local (Phx) Home Depot had several of these saws marked down to $440. Regular price is $599. I know local clearance prices can be very YMMV for Home Depot, but better to put it out there and hopefully save someone some cash.

I’ve had my eye on this saw for a bit as a replacement for my older Craftsman. This saw has quite a few favorable reviews and has been featured in a few wood working publications as a solid pick for a hobbyist without breaking the bank or going cheap.
