Saw in e-mail.
Free $10 JCPenney Reward (for New App Users)

To Get It:
Download App
Create or Sign-In to JCP Account.
Add Payment Method to account.
Go to "Wallet" and Redeem Reward
Site says it takes 4 hours for Reward to show up.
