I found this when I opened my app:
I removed my Discover 1-Click setting in hopes of getting targeted again by Discover or with something else. It worked. Credit expires September 30, 2017. Screenshots attached.
Did NOT work on Chase Amazon Prime Rewards card, but worked on my Chase Freedom Unlimited. I recommend removing 1-Click setting after using the credit to qualify on something else in the future.

Credit redeemed on a Kindle or Fire device will be applied to the Amazon.com account registered to the device.
- This promotional offer is valid for a limited time only. The offer is limited to one per customer and account. Amazon reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
