Set up your listings for Guaranteed Delivery by setting a same-day or one-day handling time on the listings you wish to guarantee.
Offer returns on the listings you set up for Guaranteed Delivery.
Use an eBay label once your item sells. Simply go to your sold items and click "Print shipping label." Tracking will be automatically uploaded for the buyer.
Meet your handling time commitment for same-day or one-day, and ensure your package gets scanned at the shipping drop off location.
For the door-to-door option of Guaranteed Delivery:
Opt in to the door-to-door option at ebay.com/GuaranteedDelivery.
Set up your shipping costs and speeds by region at ebay.com/RateTable.
Associate the listings you wish to guarantee to your rate table. When editing your active listings:
Select flat rate shipping
Check the box next to "Use rate table"
Select the appropriate rate table to associate with the listing(s)
Offer returns on the listings you set up for Guaranteed Delivery.
Upload tracking once your item sells.
The item must be delivered in the timeframe specified in the rate table.

What is the Promotion?
Invited sellers ("Sellers") who opt their account into eBay Guaranteed Delivery by Saturday August 12 at 23:59:59 PT (11:59PM plus 59 seconds) will be eligible for a 20% discount on final value fees related to transactions on eBay Guaranteed Delivery listings that are completed by Thursday, August 31 at 23:59:59 PT (11:59PM plus 59 seconds) and successfully delivered in 4 days or less (the Seller Offer). The discount will apply to all items sold during the Promotion Period that are a part of the Seller Offer. Discount will be capped at a 1000 transactions. (collectively, the "Promotion").
The Promotion applies only to listings on www.ebay.com. The Promotion does not apply to insertion fees or optional advanced listing upgrade and supplemental service fees. Discounted final value fees will be applied to the total amount of the sale, including the cost of the item and shipping, and excluding any sales tax.
When is it?
This Promotion will begin on Wednesday, August 2, 2017, at 00:00:01 PT (12:00AM plus one second), and will end on Thursday August 31st, 2017 at 23:59:59 PT (11:59PM plus 59 seconds) (the "Promotion Period").
How do I receive the Promotion?
Sellers that have been invited to participate will qualify for the Promotion after satisfying the Seller Offer within the Promotion Period.
In order to receive the Promotion, sellers must upload valid tracking information. For sellers guaranteeing door-to-door delivery times, delivery must be completed within timeframe specified in the relevant "guaranteed" rate table. For sellers guaranteeing handling times, sellers must use eBay shipping labels and delivery must take place on or before the estimated delivery date, as long as this is 4 days or shorter.
The discount will appear as a credit on seller’s invoice and will appear within 90 days after the Promotion ends. Discount will be capped at a 1000 transactions.
Restrictions & Exclusions
The following categories are excluded: eBay Motors Passenger Vehicles, Motorcycles, Boats, Power Sports, Other Vehicles, Motors Local Market, Real Estate, Classified Ad listings, Heavy Equipment, Concession Trailers & Carts, Imaging & Aesthetics Equipment, and Commercial Printing Presses.
All listings must comply with all applicable eBay policies, including eBay’s Duplicate Listing policy that allows for the removal of duplicate fixed price listings.
The Promotion excludes transactions created with a start date prior to Wednesday, August 2, 2017 (including those listings revised during the Promotion Period). Additionally, the Promotion excludes listings, as part of the Seller Offer, that are created during the Promotion Period but are scheduled to start after the Promotion Period.
