I bought 3 of these for my home and am thrilled with how they work. I live in Arizona and the thermostat has a "time off use" program that works with my utility. Basically it allows you to set the temperature during peak use to a higher setting and it will save you some $$ as it allows the temp to rise to that setting during the hours you tell it. Also very nice to remotely control the settings via the phone app.
