The Arctic King 25k BTU window air conditioner unit has varied in price this summer as high as $549. The "regular" price was $399. It has recently dropped to $349 then $299. This is a great price for a 25K BTU unit. HOWEVER, it does require a 220V 20A circuit.
Walmart’s return policy is 30 days on these units. Also, shipping takes a long time (both store pickup or 2 day) so don’t believe the estimates. If you buy it for next year, be sure it works before your return window closes.
