Scotts Turf Builder Weed and Feed Fertilizer 43 lb, Covers 15,000 sq ft – $25 at Select Walmart Stores YMMV

I noticed the clearance price dropped again from $35 to $25 at my local stores (Northeast PA) and locally there are still some left (i.e. 29 in Taylor, PA and 16 in Honesdale, PA) according to Brickseek. I believe these usually cost around $53 during peak warm weather season.
You should find them in your clearance section, for me locally it’s the outside garden area that is covered.
