USAA and Honeywell have partnered to pilot the Lyric Water Leak & Freeze Detector. They are giving away 4 of them to eligible members with USAA homeowner’s insurance. It’s a pilot so there is some data sharing and feedback involved but getting four of these for free is a great deal. They retail for ~$65 each.
