This charger is overkill for typical cell phones, but will fast charge of them at the maximum rate whether using USB-PD (such as the Google Pixel, etc) on the type-C port or Qualcomm QuickCharge 3.0 on the USB type A port. More importantly, this charger supports USB Power Delivery at up to 20 volts and 45w. This means it can charge pretty much ANY USB-PD device, such as the MacBook Pro, Blade Stealth, Dell XPS 13, Nintendo Switch, and so on.
This particular charger has no reviews, but the exact same model is sold under many different brands. Search "63w car charger" on Amazon to find the mostly positive reviews.
The price is listed as $12.99, but when you go to checkout after adding it to the cart you will see it drops to $11.01, making it the best deal for a charger of this capacity anywhere.

Note that it does NOT come with a cable. To take advantage of the 45w capability, you will need a Type-C to Type-C cable that supports Power Delivery. These are sometimes described as "USB-IF", IC, or eMarker cables. They include a small chip that allows the cable to negotiate charge rates between the charger and the device. This is the cheapest such cable I could find, most go for $10 and up: https://www.amazon.com/VisionTek-…B0157RW5R6
