Saw this item in store for $299. I hope this is a good price. I was thinking about buying it. Any electricians tell me if this will start the 18amp air conditioner on my house? I have a Goodman GSX14036 model air conditioner. I was debating on purchasing the Champion 100233 – 3100 Watt Inverter Generator w/ RV Plug but I realize that will not start my AC unit. I was thinking of using the quieter one for camping. I can get that for $787, but didn’t think that was quite the deal this is.

The Generac whole house generator is just an example. They sell much larger units for people that have those needs. I’m just in a mobile home trailer. 100 amp breaker.
