By the way, I use this daily, and you may see comments here or elsewhere about messiness developing inside the cap of the removable head.
All you need to do is tilt it above horizon level to keep toothpaste and slobber out of it. Gravity is your ally. Mine never gets messy. I check it out monthly. I change the head quarterly as advised.
There are silicone covers if you are willing to spend more than the brush, but imo not needed if you teach yourself to not tilt downward while brushing.
