- some cities have better selection of shows than others
- they (and other sites that offer similar services) can’t list what shows they have available publicly to non-members.. since the venues don’t want that information to hurt their reputation or full-price ticket sales
- to summarize the service:
- venues list shows that need a boost for their attendance
- shows can be listed super last minute, or a few days ahead of time
- members can visit site and see what shows are currently available
- members can reserve shows on a first-come first-serve basis, until the quantity of available tickets for each particular show reaches zero
- once a show is reserved, the member needs to pick up tickets at will-call and attend.. otherwise, there can be penalties for being a no-show
