I just bought at my local Home Depot in Houston (610N near Ella) this garage door opener for $52, clearance marked – normally priced $128. They had at least 20 of these. I had looked at openers there a few days and they were $128, so I know this mark down just happened. It still shows up online as $128, so no clue if priced this way at other Home Depots.
