Did not see this posted yet. Baofeng UV-82HP for $45 on Amazon. Free shipping with Prime. I had missed the Prime Day deal and was waiting for this, my SD alert has not fired, but thought I would check Amazon and sure enough it is back at $45.
Reviews list the UV-82s are more ‘sturdy’ than the more common UV-5R. Also these have the dual-transmit/dual-monitor ability. The HP model adds a high power option to the standard UV-82 and some more things. Seems like the most feature-rich one. I bought 2 to replace 2 UV-5Rs.
This is the 7-watt ‘High-Power’ version, 5-watt regular UV-82 I believe is $30. You need a license to transmit with these, no license to monitor. Not sure whether they are certified from the FCC (think the UV-82C (commercial) is), even if you have a license.

According to the 3 Camels this is the lowest price, I believe they may have hit $44.95 on prime day, but had missed that deal and have not seen them again around this price before. Standard Amazon price is $62+, cheapest I have found it on eBay is $55.
