SteelSeries Arctis 7 (Black) is $99.99 on Amazon. Pretty good PC headset.
Notes:

• It’s only stereo sound with consoles & 7.1 audio only on PC (with software installed).
• Has an auto-turn off/sleeper that turns the headset off within a certain time period of no audio usage (Lots of complaints about this), but a July firmware update has extended the auto-turn off/sleep to 30 minutes . Still no way to disable this ‘feature.’
