The helical cutter head alone is a huge plus. I have the Dewalt 13" planer and installed the Shelix helical cutter head which has been amazing compared to the 3-blades that it comes with. If one of the cutter blade is chipped or becomes dull, you rotate them 90 degrees. Initial investment is big with these true helical cutter heads but long term it’ll save you more money aside from a smoother, quieter and better finish.
As far as the parallelogram design is concerned many say it’s a much better design in terms of bed adjustment but I don’t have in-dept knowledge on the matter.
If you need a liftgate service, call the company to get one scheduled ($75 or so I believe). It’s also 240V and while I’ve read the system comes in multiple pieces, you probably need few people to get this moved and setup.
