WalMart has the WorkChoice 3 OI WiFi Indoor switch available online for $9.99 with free in store pickup. This is a rebadged EcoPlugs timer so it uses that app and is Alexa compatible.
While this unit has three plugs, two are always on. Only one is on the timer.
This seems to be a good deal if you missed out on the EcoPlugs deals from earlier this year and can use an indoor wifi timer.
