These usually float around $130 on Amazon (currently $131) so in reality you are only saving $10-$15 but these are hardly ever below $125.
If you are not familiar with Ubiquiti, they make a commercial grade of network hardware at very reasonable prices. This particular access point is probably more than you need for a home but is excellent in a small business type setting. The control software is a free download which can be managed by local computer, smartphone app or cloud key dongle.
