This item is in heavy rotation in my house with a few "slight" modifications. See below:
- Laminate or use plastic sheet protectors for the "playmats" so that they last. The playmats "as-is" are rather flimsy and will not hold up to constant use otherwise.
- We have filled the graduated cylinders with other manipulatives such as rice, macaroni, black beans, etc. and my child graphs out the amounts with playdoh on the playmats. He can now perform the entire process by himself. He just turned 3.
