It’s $14.99 online, but is $5.98 at many Target stores on clearance. Only the PS4 version is on clearance at this time.
If it comes up a higher price in store($9.98, $19.98) you can often have the customer service or electronics employees look it up on the Target app and they may give you the lower price. YMMV on that though.
Launch copies should include Duke Nukem as a playable character as well.
