This vac is entirely made and assembled in Germany vs. other Miele (e.g. C1 line)
I am a Dyson to Miele convert (wish vacuum manufacturers went back to bagged for all vacs!). I don’t have this particular model (didn’t need electro powered brush head, no carpet only hardwood), but currently have a couple other Mieles.
C2 line (versus C1): only look at C2 and C3 from Miele: these are completely sealed so all air has to pass through the dust bag, pre-motor filter and HEPA exhaust filter. Air and dust cannot leak out before the air is cleaned by the HEPA filter. The dust bag has a special door at its inlet which closes to help prevent dust from puffing into the air during disposal.
