Per Brickseek my local Walmarts have LEGO Friends Amusement Park Roller Coaster 41130 (1124 pieces) for anywhere from $30 to $59.

I saw it on the shelf by chance while looking for a different set. The LEGO Friends set had a $59 sticker on it but rang up at $40. Searching Brickseek later I found a price range of $30 to $59 depending on the store with a couple stores actually having stock at $30. About 2/3rds of the stores were at $59, a handful at $40, and a couple at $30.
For my local store the online product page lists an option to get it at $40 "in-store only" as well–doesn’t seem to be a way to buy it online for the local price. This might be another way to check inventory for your local store. As previously stated, YMMV:

LEGO.com has this listed for $99 and sold out, which is MSRP, but it has been around $80 or so for a while elsewhere. Currently $98.94 at Amazon.
Please post if you see other Walmart B&M LEGO clearance deals. I saw at least one other clearance sticker but was in a hurry to get somewhere so I didn’t have time to look into it but will do so later today.
