I think this has been an ongoing in store deal because I saw the 5$ tag price in store too.
If you can not find in your local store, you can price match it with your local target store.

I got it price match with 4 target stores but each store gave me 1-2 . The manager was surprised about the price. They all said the manage has right to limit the quantity per customer.
If they say they do not price match in store price. It is not true.They should price match with any local store within 25 miles
