SoCalGas® customers can receive up to $75 for participation in our Smart Thermostat Program this winter by registering for a voluntary call on customers to conserve natural gas on certain winter days between now and April 1, 2018. Customers will earn $50 for enrolling in the program, and another $25 for staying enrolled. Enroll now before March 1, 2018.
- You must have a Nest or ecobee brand thermostat.
- You can expect up to five conservation events during winter months.
- If a conservation event is issued, you can expect your thermostat to be adjusted by a few degrees.
- You can override your smart thermostat and there’s no penalty for not participating in a program event.
- Not a Nest or ecobee customer, no problem.
