CRI – how ‘accurate’ colors will look. 0-100 scale.
Regular incandescent bulbs can be considered ‘baseline’ at 100 for casual purposes.
The lower CRI LED bulbs in the 70-80 range makes rooms look weird, colors look off, and things won’t look as normal as they should (fruits, faces, etc).
Higher CRI 90+ will let you see things more ‘normally’ to your eyes.
5000K is generally used for graphic design and such. Here, fluorescent bulbs with high CRI like the Philips T8 5000k Design desk fluorescent bulb hit a CRI of 98.

In any case, the $1-1.25~ price is far lower than the local Daiso shops ($1.50 each), and competitive with $0.99 stores that carry regular (low CRI) 60w LED bulb equivalents.

Tried out the Relax HD and Reveal HD+.
I’d go with the Relax at 2700k versus HD+ at 2850 – looks better to my eyes, especially comparing how photos look under my 5000K cri 98 fluorescent vs these two. The Relax feels lively, bright. The Reveal feels a tick cooler, but not 5000K white. Some colors are bolder, like yellows, but overall, not a rich/colorful feel like the Relax bulb.
