I posted a Garmin bike computer recently, and there was some criticism over the lack of features offered. So in response to that, for the budget conscious techie, I offer this for consideration. Other than a few very specific features on the newest models, this will pretty much do everything you could want…it’ll connect to a HRM, Virb action camera, footpod, Tempe, speed sensor, cadence sensor, and power meter, track and record activities, and post everything on Facebook for the world to see. It’ll merge data with 3rd party apps like Strava, MyFitnessPal, and the Under Armour suite of applications (MapMyRun/Walk/Ride, etc, Endomondo, UA Record, etc), and even communicate with Smart Trainers.
It’s a great option as a running watch, bike computer, or overall fitness tracker. It was a bit cheaper a while back, on a daily deal, but this is the lowest price in quite a while. Here’s a very thorough review:
