Update Your Informed Delivery® Notification Preferences
Dear valued USPS® customer,
Thank you for using Informed Delivery!
We are writing to notify you of an upcoming change to the available USPS.com® package notification preferences. Because you are currently enrolled in this feature, you have the opportunity to update your preferences to avoid an interruption in receiving your package notifications.
Starting on March 20, 2018, new package notification options will be available for your account. These options will allow you to select the type and amount of package notifications you wish to receive, as well as indicate your preference for receiving notifications via email, text, or both.
Updating your account is easy! Simply sign into your account and visit your Settings page to update your preferences by April 30, 2018 to continue receiving package notifications.
If you choose not to update your preferences, you will no longer receive package notifications separately from your existing Informed Delivery notifications or online dashboard.
