I’ve bought a few V930s from eBay from 3 different sellers. This tablet is my favorite in the $100-$150 price range and this listing is the cheapest one for the condition. (I usually paid $125-$139 for this before eBay coupons)
This listing is under Cell Phones & Smartphones so the default eBay search often misses it. (V930 is automatically classified as Tablet & E-reader)
I have received the tablet and it really is in Excellent condition cosmetically. The display is excellent with no scratches and the tablet itself has little signs of usage. (maybe 1 or 2 very tiny insignificant and light scratches on the back, hardly visible) Your mileage may vary since I only got one. But the reviews from previous buyers seem to be positive.
It has been updated to Android 6.0 (latest firmware from AT&T) and it does work with Google Family Link if you want to give it to kids.
There is just one catch. While it has a clean ESN (checked with AT&T directly and Swappa), it may not have been paid off. (AT&T says unlock code cannot be issued due to device not paid off yet.) It may or may not be an issue as I had the same experience with a TMO LG G2 bought on eBay in 2013. The original owner of the G2 actually did pay it off in 2015 and TMO ESN check website was updated to reflect that.
