Terminator 2 4k UHD blu ray and digital $13 @Target

Target has Terminator 2 4k UHD blu ray for $13.

It states it’s a pre-order, however this movie came out last year. This might be an error, but if it comes through, it’s a good deal.
I purchased this a few months back. Looks like reviewers gave the picture quality on this disc quite poor reviews, but I thought it looked and sounded great!
