The Conjuring is available in Digital 4K UHD from FandangoNow for $5. This title is MA and should port in 4K to other providers (iTunes, Vudu etc.).
Note that if you already own it in a lower quality you cannot upgrade and have it port in 4K. Its a quirk of the system, contact FN to complain. So only buy if you don’t already own it.
