No promises for others but though the site says the code is HDX but it redeemed as 4k UHD for me and for some others. Though even if you own the UHD copy, Itunes and several other sites only host the HDX version so for now you might have to watch it in HDX, not UHD. That is probably why it is sold as HDX, not UHD.
