This is approx 175 RPM machine. It has 3/4 HP. You have to buy the orange-red brush accessory separately (about $15 if your search well) for tile type floors. Black softer brush accessory for scrubbing carpet (about $20 is the lowest price I could find). Find you favorite wax-stripper, cleaning solution, floor squeegee, wet-vacuum, sealant, etc. Next thing you know, you are in the business of professional floor cleaning.

More useless info: This is an "orbiter" machine which is a more random swirling which allows you to glide the machine more easily from side to side, forward and backward. A "burnisher" machine has 1500 or more RPM and CANNOT be easily moved from side to side. It is mostly forward and backward, like in a carpet vacuum manner. Also the orbiter is well suited from stripping, cleaning because the cleaning solution does not spin wildly past your intended cleaning area. The burnisher is more suited for polishing natural stone tile to a glossy finish with the correct accessory pads. It spins the cleaning solution more wildly so beware of thinking higher RPM is better.
