This bundle is a better value than the previous refurb deal for $629, as OEM battery run about $78 so have a slight saving of $19 ($629+$78-$688=$19). 2x batteries will give you ALMOST an hour of flying time.
This is a pretty good deal if you dont need/want the car charger or the OEM DJI carrying bag. Many recommend after market battery charging hub anyway as the aftermarket hub allow concurrent charging where the DJI hub only charge battery one by one
